Firmware update from VRM returning error 1300

Hello,

This started today, I never had this issue before. I logged in today to check if there are any new updates and got the below:

1662970237230.pngThis usually checks for the Quattro 48/8000/110-2x100 rev2 firmware and the two BlueSolar Charger MPPT 150/45 rev3 firmware.

Everything else is working for me. VRM is fine, local connectivity with modbus to homeassistant is fine as well.

Any ideas?

@Luit Jan please try toggle 2-way communication settings in the GX console under vrm tab,

Have you tried rebooting it?

I just did but the problem remains

Is the GX up to date? If not update it.

You can also try going into settings and disabling 2-way comms and re-enabling it.

cerbo gx is updated to the latest version. toggling 2-way comms fixed the issue it seems

Hi All,

I experience exactly the same. Something that worked perfect until now and nothing changed in the Cerbo settings. Have the same error 1300.

During scanning I get this message.

Additional info: Cerbo firmware version 2.89

If you agree, please enable it in General Menu of your GX device, and report back.

I have 2 way communication ON

I accept Remote support.


You can access the system.

IT WORKS again. Don't no what solved the problem but I have now the normal overview.
