What would be the steps I need to make to set up a Victron Energy SmartSolar MPPT 75V 15 amp 12/24-Volt Solar Charge Controller and would like to use it to charge a Bioenno Lithium Iron Phosphate BLF-1212A battery?

Download victron connect.
Try out the demo library, then you can test out the steps for setting up without making anything live right now.
But when you are ready....
Connect the battery to the MPPT to the battery.
Open victron connect, pair with mppt.
Set up the battery option, use the preset lithium and tweak the voltages to suit the battery manufacturer recommended values.
Connect PV and test.
The battery manufacturer say 14.6v charged so that is possibly the absorption/bulk charge amount.
Possibly less if it trips the BMS. Float is usually between 13.4 to 13.8v
