I found that I depleted my batteries and everything turned off. I have a MPPT 100/50 connected to a CerboGX. The MPPT just flashes "Bulk" and nothing.
..... If I disconnect the MPPT from the CerboGX, the MPPT"Bulk" becomes solid and then charges my the batteries ....
The annoyance is real.
Why does it do this
Define flash?
I am looking at my 100-50 after dark and it is blinking the blue bulk led on for .25 second, every 4 seconds.
What sort of battery/bms?
It does this because the Ve bus is all pulled low. This happens when you have a Mk2 or Mk3 plugged into the VE bus too. Unfortunately there is no solution to this, except to power the GX device from the battery - with a lower drop out voltage than the inverter.
