We have recently installed a Multiplus II GX 48/3000/35 unit with a Pylontech US2000C LiFePO4 48v Li-ion battery. It wont charge the battery, It says AC disconnected, while i have checked the input AC are is ok (230V 50 Hz). Althought I have activated the weak AC function.
I have added only ESS assistant.
VE config setup:
Latest Firmware?
Phase & Neutral correct? Neutral between AC in and AC out seperated?
Any error messages on VRM?

Be aware ESS activation can override settings - check before re-uploading
Phase and neutral are correctly joint, and neutral is separeted between AC input and output.
Beside the Grid lost alarm, there was no other error message.
Actually we use a generator, thats why the weak AC option is used. The grid code should be correct.
Yesterday afternoon I just updated the firmware, made a reset, so I could start the setup from zero. I made the same setup as was (except "Monitor for grid failure I turned off now).
In the night is has fully charged itself, and now seems to be running as intended. I dont know which solution has solved the issue, but I hope it will last.
