Cannnot charge battery more as 70%

Hi,

I want to ask where I'm doing wrong :)
Battery cannot be charged to more than 70% :(
I use it as OffGrid

1x MPII 5KVA
config in photo - I got editet

3x mppt bluesolar 150/45/48V (user defined: absor.V: 55.2; floatV: 53.6; rebulk V offset 0.6V; absorption time 1h, end current - off; equalization current % 0; equalization mode. stop fixed time 2h; temperature compensation - off) It is possile to sychronize MMPTs conected via Ve.direct o GX-MPII (???) should be manage the charge currnet and voltage ??? Or Mppts it be watchig the voltage and current will be optimized by each mppt self via battery voltage ? I ask it because give me notification: protection (current sensor abnormaly)... I dont know what it correctly mean :)

1x SmartShunt 500A/50mV (battery setting: capacity 280Ah; charging voltage 55.2; discharge bottom - 10%; terminal current - 4%; charging detection time - 3m; peuker expo. - 1.05, charging efficiency 99% 0, 1 current A; average duration - 3 m)

2x 16-cell lifepo4 280Ah - only 1x16-cell battery connected so far,
BMS - JK-B2A24S20P It would be nice if GX could work with two or more BMS from JK... but it doesn't work...

For a better review, see the photo in the attachment:

Multi

Changed the charger setting to absorsion 55.2V, Float 53.6V and max absortion time to 1h.

VirutualSW and assistants are also disabled - now.

Thanks for help.

@Juraj Nikolov

Never mind the percentage right now, does the battery reach 55.2V ever?

On the GX what is monitoring SOC is it the inverter or the shunt?

Check it here Settings - System Setup - Battery monitor.

If the battery is reaching the correct voltage then it is charging correctly but maybe the system is not reporting right.

But on BMS is showig allso 55.27V but only 70% and battery is charged on remain 198Ah, the capacity of cells was testet and capacity was 298Ah :) just 100Ah is some gone :)

yes, the value of 55.2V was reached many times, then it goes to 53.6 and again to 55.2, both on BMS and via SmartShunt or Multi.

Excellent. So charging fine.

If it still does not show 100% after a full charge, then we may need to check some more settings after a day or two.

You can connect the mppts to the GX device they need the VE direct to ve direct cables. Or the ve direct to usb (and use a powered usb hub maybe) depending on how many ports you have free.

It is not strictly necessary to have the mppts be synchronised, but it is nice to see their production all in one place on the GX.

Mppts are connected to GX via Ve.direct, on GX are fully used the tree Ve.direct port for Mppt, Also I got connceted via 1st. USB port active USB HUB, over this HUB I got connected the SmartShunt via ve.diret to USB and I got there also next 3 port Free.

All Ve.Direct devices connected to GX its posible to manage online via mobile victronConnect - VRM - devices ... except Multi II

Can I ask another question, maybe it will be related, shouldn't I have SVS and SCS turned on in DVCC??? If I understood it correctly, it should ensure common control for the MPPT in terms of charging voltage and current, or did I understand it wrong?

Now every from mppts is living their own life, but they are still corrected by GX, the question is how effective :))

I am eeee ufff : )) that I have 6kwp on the roof, the sun is shining and the system takes energy from the battery :)) even if it can cover the issue cleanly only from the sun :) or the sun is shining and the battery doesn't charge... or it's always swimming at its favorite 53.6V :) Why :D ??? 1659104551807.png

SVS can be set, the system should use the shunt in that case. More here.

STS only if you have temperature sensors in the system is useful sort of with lithium not needing temperature compensation I guess debatable.

More here.
