3 Phase Quattro sequence error

Hello Community

I have search all the Q&A here however cannot find the answer.

New install 3 x Quattro 8kVA, EM24 Ethernet energy meter, Cerbo GX.

I completely rebuilt the main DB from the supplier (Utility) pole. The phasing has been religiously followed from the Utility right upto the quattros.

I cannot get the system (EM24) / (Cerbo) / (Quattros) to start up. A phase sequence error continues to be reported.

How is this possible?

Why can't I set the EM24 to report the correct sequence. Or the sequence that we want. This is a large existing facility.

Why can't I (How can I) set the Quattros to accepted my sites phase sequencing.

What, How can I fix this? Surely the existing site sequence can be maintained- IF this is the reason?

Much appreciated

@Lyndsay Cotton

The inverters would usually have to be programmed for their relative phases. So if there is a sequence error then they were programmed for a different sequence.

Or you just change the wiring.
