Buck-Boost DC-DC Converter 50A dead..ish

Just doing some work on a customer vehicle and updated Buck-Boost DC-DC Converter 50A and TSC Config to latest as customer was having flat starter battery issues. Now cant get it to charge second battery. Tried downgrading to TS Confid 2.2.0.0 but no differentdmetsconfig.jpeg

and help would be appreciated
