MPPT smart 75/15 - load from controller drops when solar not connected

Hi!

I have a 110w panel connected to an MPPT 75/15 smart solar via a solar cutoff switch which has been working well for a while. I have a small fuse box connected to the load output on the smartsolar which distributes lights and DC sockets. I recently changed some wiring and now when the solar is cutoff via the cutoff switch the load drops from the controller and the DC sockets/lights go out. This totally has me stumped - could I have accidentally shorted something?

Check the battery fuse at the bottom of the MPPT.
