No VRM Access

I lost access to VRM portal 11 hours ago - logs in OK but last updated 11 hours ago.

Are there any known issues atm? I see in the past some issues with cloud provider has led to VRM going down.

Looks like your GX device lost connection.

Try rebooting it.
