I have the Victron Quattro 48 volt and want to start a new battery bank with lifepo4 instead of lithium ion that I currently have. What manufacture works best with Victron and is the best bang for the buck? Also could you recommend the best place to buy them I am in the northeast/New York.

Cost per kWh varies but you also have to consider discharge rates.
Pylon is good value, as an example, but you need more modules if you want to power a decent load.
Document your requirements then pick one which has the best support in your region (with a good warranty), and offers a good cost per kWh at the loads you expect to run.
