DCDC remote input

Hi everyone. Just had a late install of a dcdc 12/12/30, 100/20 solar reg and a bmv-712 into my camper trailer.

Now when I hook the 4wd up the dcdc will show 14v but no output and comes up with wither the remote input inactive or engine shutdown detected. Now I have noticed the auto sparky didn't put in the little green H plug in the bottom. Is there away around this in the APP settings to overide this. I'm already on the road camping and need it to start charging.

The only option is to place a wire loop (should be factory installed) between the L and H inputs. This requires the plug. Without this jumper, the Orion smart will remain in the disabled state. There is no way to override this via VictronConnect app.
