How can you reset the generator accumulated run time on a Cerbo?

If you mean the runtime shown on the VRM Dashboard, then I don't think that's possible. There's a figure shown there for me, but it never changes. Seems to be under development. so we'll have to wait.
But if you're prepared to delve deeper, you can actually have a report for Generator runtime over a selected period. Look in 'Reporting' > 'Hybrid Genset'. It downloads as a .pdf, and part of it looks like this..
