VRM charge displaying 100% what ever is the voltage of the battery

I have a 100% charged battery display regardless of the battery voltage, what is wrong?

Some more details about your system would help with finding out what the issue is.

Depending on what you are using for SOC and if it is a new system this may take a cycle or two of the battery to synchronise correctly.
