I bought a new 3000 24 multiplus, it was rattling and I rotated back and forth until i could fish out this nut. without complete dismantling anyone know where this comes from, doesn’t seem to be from anywhere on the exterior or terminal connections. Should I return the unit? picture isn’t saving it has ridges on one side and a little bit smaller than a penny
