Victron inverter saying low battery and turning off when raining.

I live in a caravan, my victron inverter set up is in my shed so wires go from caravan, to outside, then to shed and back. When it rains, everything turns off and the inverter states low battery. I then turn on the geni, everything comes back on, the batteries say 62% charge, the low battery light goes off on the inverter and everything is back to normal. If I turn the geni off, everything goes fine until the batteries discharge to 62% and everything goes off again. It's still raining outside and everything stays on until battery drops to 62%. Last time this happened, I did a full charge and all was going okay until it rained again. I'm not very tech savvy so really need some advice, please.

3 years old. Think I should just get a specialist in to have a look as I have no idea. Just wondering if it was the rain getting in somewhere.

Water tends to be a more obvious problem, if electrics aren’t your wheelhouse then its best to get a qualified victron person out.

Safer also.

You will need to share a lot more detail.

What batteries do you have? How old are they? What are the charger settings?

Have you measured the voltage when it cuts off?

Can you share the inverter settings? What inverter is it?

There are some pretty decent crystal balls here, but they aren't THAT good ;)

Do you have solar power, if so does the power from solar fall when it rains so the voltage falls, especially if the batteries have lost capacity.

2 LifePo4 12.8v/200ah smart batteries. Victron multiplus 12/3000/120 inverter. I have no idea how to check the charger settings or measure voltage when it cuts out.
