VE Bus Error 28 from 10kva Quattro

Hi there,

Has anyone seen this error code before?

I seem to be getting it sporadically but everything on the unit seems to be working fine. It self resolves within the same minute but it pops up every once and awhile. Sometimes daily.

My quattro is connected to my cerbo gx, let me know if anymore information is needed.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I cant see a reference to that error in victrons error codes

Suggest you install the latest fw on all units and then if it continues to occur some screen shots and info as to when its happening. Also check your batteries BMS as well

Thanks, updating to firmware version 494 seem to resolve the random ve bus errors.
