I have a 3000w 12v multiplus 2 , should I use an autotransformer to produce 240v for a mini split ?

Up to 8 attachments (including images) can be used with a maximum of 190.8 MiB each and 286.6 MiB total.

Is this a 120V unit?

Some models can give 240V across the two AC outlets. But really you need someone with experience to guide you.
