100/30 mppt charge controller with blutooth dongle

I have a 100/30 mppt charge controller with blutooth dongle. Worked great for three years, but now the Bluetooth light on the dongle will not illuminate. Tried unplugging and replugging multiple times with no luck. The mppt controller is working fine. Any ideas appreciated.

try the dongle on another unit if you can and if still no lights then return it for a replacement,
