Multiplus II GX with generator, output 2 disconnect when I connect loads.

Hi everyone,

I have a Multiplus II GX with pylontech batteries, when I connect the generator there have good voltage and frequency, it charge the batteries and it's voltage in AC_out_2. The problem is when I connect something to that line, the multiplus disconnect the generator in AC_in and it's don't show any error.

We had a load on ac out2 that used to do that to the generator. It was a pump control with a neutral earth leak causing the "grid rejection".

Check the wiring.

could also be that the load is two great for the generator and the low voltage cut off is disconnecting the generator reduce the current input limit
