Where is Thermal Circuit Breaker on Multiplus Compact 12/2000/50

The A/C charger is not working on my multiplus compact 12v/2000w/50amp. The troubleshoot section in the manual says to reset the thermal circuit board if A/C charger is not working but it doesn't say how to do that and it doesn't have a diagram that shows where it is or how to reset. Could it be this white/ceramic fuse that is shown in this picture?multiplus-fuse-2.jpg

The 2000VA MultiPlus don't have that thermal breaker. Seems to be an error in the manual.

Checking that fuse would be a good start.
