Multiplus configuration, VictronConnect App, and the Cerbo GX

Hello All,

I'm installing a Multiplus 3000 on my boat and want to integrate it with my Garmin Chartplotter.

The Cerbo GX does this nicely as I understand.

Question:

Will I be able to perform the same configuration of the Multiplus over the Cerbo bluetooth connection as I would with the VE Bus Smart Dongle?

Hi @RobbGrrrr,

the only option you get with the Cerbo GX bluetooth connection is to setup and connect your Cerbo GX to your local wifi network. Other than that there is no other configuration functions at the moment.

And with the VE.Bus smart dongle you can only set the AC input current limit and switch the MultiPlus ON/OFF/charger-only/inverter-only.

But if ther is a GX device the smart dongle will switch into secondary mode and only shows some information from the MultiPlus.
