Can 1:1 setup work if additional MPPT controller is used?

I would like to know if the following setup is possible:

1 x Multiplus II 5kW

1 x Fronius Primo 5kW connected to ACout

1 x Victron MPPT (3kW pv array)


Can the 1:1 ratio be applied here even though the total PV power would be around 8kW?

Advantage of this setup is that the MPPT charger can kickstart the battery bank back i to life if the are depleated. If only an AC coupled system was used, the system would not be able to start up again without a generator or mains if the battery bank was depleted.

1:1 rule applies only to the AC coupled PV inverter
