State of ac input relay when Multiplus is powered down

Hi I’m looking to clarify the state of the Multiplus ac input relay when Multiplus is powered down. I’m planning to implement a multiplus12/1600/70 into a narrow boat and need to understand if the shoreline ac which is connected to the Multiplus ac in is connected through to ac out and therefore the ac circuits when the Multiplus is off, I.e. powered down

When the MultiPlus is turned off then the backfeed relay will open and AC-OUT will be down.
AC-IN is only connected to AC-OUT when the MultiPlus is on AND shore power is available at AC-IN.
