I have a photovoltaic system that I want to control remotely.
I have a Multiplus II 5000va, 2 MPPT 250 chargers, 8 Pylontech batteries.
All this is centralized with a Venus GX that I would like to access remotely (from a computer or mobile phone from outside the province).
What should I activate in the settings?
Would I have to enter through a fixed I.P?

The Venus should be connected to the internet and then registered on the VRM portal for you to do this. Also make sure you enable two-way communication in the "vrm online portal section". Connectivity is also possible using a GSM device amongst some of the options they offer if a local internet access point is not available. Also maybe look at GlobalLink 520. A fixed ip is not necessary.
