SmartShunt SOC Goes Back to 100% SOC at (Seemingly) Random Times

I've got a SmartShunt 500 installed in a system with 2x Relion RB100 in parallel. Out of nowhere, the SOC will shoot back up to 100%, and I cannot figure out why. This happens basically every time the batteries discharge. Until I realized this was happening, it lead to me allowing them to get to damagingly low voltages numerous times since I would just quickly check the SOC on my phone and not look any further, not realizing the voltage was lower than it should be. Any ideas on what is causing this?

How are they being charged?

What are the charged criteria?

What are voltage and current doing at the time it resets (include VRM batter/current for same period)?

EDIT: Thought about something. Might be loosing power and resetting on power-up:

Make sure the "Battery starts synchronized" is off.

The main charge sources are a MPPT 150/35 and Orion 12|12 - 30. Also have a Multi 12/2000 but rarely charge off shore. Probably will tonight to see what the SOC does. The system is installed in my truck if that helps at all. I believe the below image from VRM is what you are asking for? I will go outside and connect to the shunt to get the charged criteria, not sure on a way (if any) to get it through VRM.

It appears to me that the reset occurs the moment the current goes above 0.

You likely have your shunt programmed for a little below float voltage (constant charging w/AC-DC or DC-DC) instead of a little below absorption voltage (for variable current charging like solar).

And yes, you need to get that from the app, not VRM.

Could it be resetting when you start the truck?
