Is VRM App Push Notifications planned for the future? I am being asked this question almost daily from clients in SA as Emails are not monitored and Push Notifications on the phone works so much better than Email Alerts/ notifications...

VRM isn't so much an app as it is a portal, so email is pretty much what you get.
What works well on Apple devices, is to set the VRM "from" email address (it is always the same) as a VIP email account. You can assign alert tones to VIP accounts.
With monitor for grid failure enabled on the GX, as an example, your phone will then trigger an alert tone when the email comes in.
Same works for custom alerts that you create.
I don't know if samsung has a similar feature but it works brilliantly on IOS.

Internal testing is done, we have some additional tools to help manage them to build, but still expect a release shortly - pending a successful test.
Edit - this feature is now available to all via the VRM app.
