EasySolar II GX not charging from AC

My EasySolar II GX is no more charging the batteries from the Grid when available. It only charges during the day when enough PV is available. Am not sure what is causing this as i don't remember changing any configuration settings.
any ideas please ?

What does VRM say? Do you have AC input voltage? Can you confirm there is power going into AC input with multimeter?

Hi. I'm having the exact same problem with my Victron easysolar. I read a number of articles and I'm still no closer to figuring it out. Any assistance would be appreciated.

Please start by providing the information asked for in the previous request. In addition what position is the switch in under the unit?
