VictronConnect and Multiplus with MK3

Hi All,

I just bought an MK3-USB and tried to connect to my Multiplus Compact 24/1600, firmware 1916137 with VictronConnect, latest version, it said firmware not supported and I need to upgrade to 200. After the firmware upgrade, it now says v209 is not compatible with all the functionalities in VictronConnect and I should contact the dealer for 415 or higher upgrade.

Also, once its eventually connected, all the settings are greyed out, when I click enable, it seems to accept the password ZZZ biut still I am unable to make any changes.

Any ideas?
