Hi I purchased a Venus Gx from a local dealer and that said they had used it to test some equipment and as it was the only one they had I purchased it they assured me it hadn't been registered on the VRM system.
When I try to add it to my VRM page it says all administrators have been contacted and waiting approval I contacted the dealer who apologized and said they had now removed it from there system.
I still get the same message can someone from Victron please reset it I can provide proof of purchase and the portal ID the dealer is at a loss as what to do.
