Bluetooth VE.direct

I have a MPPT charger and a raspberry pi running Vinus OS connected to the VRM portal. Is there a way to link the MPPT controller to the RPI using bluetooth instead of the USB/VE.direct cable ?

No.

You can use an USB > VE Direct cable though.
