Mod Battery Monitor Audible Alerts

Primary Finding: Current 8khz audible alert on the BMV is too high pitched for many users to hear including myself.

Suggestion: lower frequency of alert to a more age friendly level

Awesome: make alerts configurable for various types of alerts.
