Bmv712 bluetooth

The Bluetooth isn’t working. I have had this unit for 4 years and suddenly I can’t connect through the app or find the Bluetooth on my phone. On the unit #71 Bluetooth is still on. Tried putting the puk code in to reset but that doesn’t work either. The unit itself is working fine just can’t connect to my phone anymore. Any ideas? I’ve tried all the troubleshootings also.

Try to restart the BMV by unplugging the RJ12 cable for a few seconds.

Also try to restart your phone and/or use another one.
