hello guys i have 6 quattro 15KVA each ac coupled with fronius tauro can someone help me how to stop feed in should i do it only in ESS or both fronius and ESS if someone can help me please

As far as i know the Tauro is not officially tested/supported.

You will probably have to use and external control (not ESS) to do so. Although some say they have it working.
This is not a question for this forum however, refer to your local or closest dealership. You will be in need of more serious support, this is not a toy system.
