Level Sensor not reporting to Tank 140

I have a Rochester R3D 0-5v hall effect sensor and sender connected to the Tank 140. It was indicating a voltage and properly indicating 54% full (same as tank gauge). Now it reads 0v and 7L of LPG remaining for no apprarent reason.

Any ideas what is causing this?

If it is reading 0V I would have expected it to read 0L. Have you checked that the settings are still good in the setup so the correct voltage settings for full and empty. Have you also checked the meter output with a multimeter to confirm the GX140 data and also that power is getting to the meter.

I am not onsite now, but I wonder if having this sensor plugged into the 24V ch4 caused it's failure. I had conflicting specs on the sensor and have now been informed it is a 5V sensor. I have ordered a new one and will supply a 5V power supply to ch1/2 and see if this fixes the problem. The settings have not changed.
