12v Dc charger question

I see with a Victron charger you have a power supply mode. Now I have a camper with victron all set up but also have a day van where I have a Ecoflow. Now the Ecoflow only has 10amp output on 12v. Can I use a 30amp Victorn charger on power supply mode via 240v socket to run 12v to the fusebox to run light and a fridge ok?

I have been told to use a switching power supply from Amazon but these look unsafe as the back is all exposed. I would rather use something of better quality such as the Victron is possible.

If I can use one does it run at 30amp draw all the time or does it increase the output as needed

Yes.

Output depends on load. In power supply it's adjustable constant voltage.
