skylla ip65 installation 12v conductor attachment

The bolt on the "-Bat" 12v stud/post is on much tighter than the other bolts on all the other battery stud/posts and won't come off to attach the 12v negative conductor. I don't have not forced it in any way. Is this normal? Does the bolt come off or does the cable lug attach on the top of this bolt?

Also, there are washers, lock washers and bolts on the other three battery posts but no washer, lock washer and bolt on the "-BAT" post.

The charger came with another 4 sets of washers, lock washers and bolts in the parts bag.
