Victron Connect installed on my laptop can't find my new Blue Smart IP65 charger

Victron Connect v.5.104 installed on my laptop (Windows 10) can't find my new Blue Smart IP65 charger, no problem with Samsung smartphone and androide

I don't think the windows version of victron connect can use bluetooth.

I can only see my GX over ethernet, but not my MPPT or smartshunt over bluetooth from my PC.

@delf67 is correct, Windows cannot use BT to communicate with Victron devices in VictronConnect.
