Recent update to Multiplus II 3kVA SOC issue.

Recently performed firmware updates to a clients system.

System is a Multiplus II 3kVA 48V + mppt + Cerbo GX

The system has been showing SOC for the last two years but after the firmware update it is not showing.

Anyone know the cause and or a fix for this?

The client has power cycled the system and I checked the monitoring to ensure the multi is selected.img-0470.png

Going to ask the most obvious - did the system get reprogrammed after the firmware update?

Sounds like your configuration file wasn't uploaded. https://www.victronenergy.com/live/venus-os:remote_ve.bus_firmware_updates

If lost, the Multi will need reconfiguring, at least the Battery Monitor part, which may not be enabled by default.

Hello John.

Thank you for the reply. I will reload via the computer and see if that fixes the firmware issue.
