SmartSolar Charger MPPT 250/100 limiting output power

We have 3 phase 30kw AC system with a BYD battery bank(810Ah) and 40kwp dc coupled panels. Below the equipment list

6 X MultiPlus-II 48/5000/70-5

6 X SmartSolar Charger MPPT 250/100 rev2 with fw v1.61 with 4 X strings of 5(335W) JA models per MPPT

3 X BYD B-Box Pro

1 X Octo GX with fw 3.13

It would seem that the MPPT’s are being limited with the output power because we never seem to get more than +-20kWp from the MPPTS and we expect atleast 30kW.

Does anybody have some suggestions or what we can look at to try and get the maximum from the MPPT’s?

Run a couple of checks.

Have the need for battery charging (so lower SOC and loads. Disconnect the PV from all the mppts except 1 and see if production increases.

Repeat for each MPPT in turn and check their performance as individuals.

If it does increase then further investigation is needed.

The other things that cause losses are irradiance and wiring. Panel temperature as well. (Remember they are rated at 25°C with 1000W irradiance if that is not the conditions they are under then you won't see the power.)
