VRM Remote Console not connecting through VRM

Remote console not working but say enabled but offline, but I can view the dashboard online do everything else except access the remote console, as you can see there are a load hex numbers for the server ip addresses so not sure why that is because reading the manual they should be 84.22.108.49, 84.22.107.120, 3.25.10.245, 13.244.154.199 or 35.165.124.40,

has any one out there got this problem and also a fix

The addresses are ok, IP V6.

Is this a new installation? Is two way communication enabled? What message do you get when you click on the learn more in the enabled message?

No not a new just moved as set up at office then moved to site, went on site yesterday having extensively reading the learn more and remote console trouble shooting, all setting are enabled ie Settings/remote console/Password disabled. Enable on VRM. (Status says on line) Enable on Lan Enabled.

Settings / VRM online Portal/ Logging enabled, log interval 10 min, Two way communication: Enabled.

Settings/General/ remote support: Enabled, Remote tunnel online, Remote support IP and port this is zero (0) but should not, should have some address like this (3.172.120.59:19433). it is connected to the router directly via Lan and has IP address DHCP 192.168.1.72 gateway and DNS are assigned. Tried firmware update, same thing, Tried disabling remote reboot then set back to remoter console, rebooted, also did a hard reboot (removing the power), tried tethering from my phone as I have done that before and it works, but not this time,

So I am at a loss as to why unless it is the new EE 5G/4G router.

Has any one out there seen any issues like this

Have you checked the router firewall?

@Craig Robinson

Did clicking the learn more next to the enabled but offline not help in anyway?
