Low starter voltage battery alarm w/ no starter battery in system.

The VRM periodically sends email claiming a low voltage on starter battery. But there is no starter battery connected. There is only a 24V system battery which feeds the inverter and that same battery feeds the mppt, cerbo, and bmv-712 shunt.

In looking at when the alarm is sent and checking the voltage/capacity of the main battery it has happened at 96% charge and at the lowest it occurred is at 70% charge. There is plenty of battery left as the low cut off should not occur until 20%.

Which one of the components is responsible for such an alarm: multiplus II (3000/24), smart solar mppt (100/20), shunt (bvm 712), or cerbo gx?

@Jay Kote I would think that the BMV712 is responsible for the low starter warning.

Check that aux input is set to none if there is no connection to it.
