Pylontech US2000C and Venus 3.11 compatibility? - Device not listed

Are there any known compatibility issues between Victron Venus OS V3.11 and US2000C batteries?

We commissioned a system yesterday,

The Victron controller (Multiplus II GX) appears to be seeing Canbus data packets - no errors / dropped packet.

But he Pylontech batteries (2x US2000C) are not being recognised by the Victron controller. Being listed as a device

No. Should work fine with the correct cable. Sometimes restarting the batteries helps, powering the master first.

Try power off and reset the batteries. Pylon also want one of the pins that is connected on a victron cable disconnected, check their pinouts carefully, some people have had a problem with this.

Also try swapping the cable around as in connect battery side to GX.
