Why do I get an error when I upload a .RVMS File to this forum?!?

Like to get some advice on this forum but can't even upload the RVMS file...

Zip it, then upload.

I have had this issue as well. It says it is a supported file type but will not allow it Seems like a bug. Zip works I have also shared via onedrive
