When I power the device with battery voltage (around 50v) the device does not start, the LED does not light up or flash.
Power Supply Failure?
start with check voltage go in to your GX device you my blown a fuse
not good to keep failing the supply to the GX you may have blown gx itself in side or crupted venus soft ware
