Multi Plus II long change over time

I have a multi plus II 5kva, and sometimes not all the time so its more of an intermittent problem when load shedding kicks in the inverter can take upwards of 3-5 minutes to change over. Its purely just a back up system any advice would be great

Hi, you will need to provide a lot more detail about your system - what batteries etc.

Does VRM log alarms or errors.

What do you mean by take changeover taking long? What specifically does it do? What status does it report? Can you share any charts from VRM that shows the issue?

X1 - 5KW Pylontec Battery

VRM doesn’t show any unusual errors or alarms.

System doesn’t reflect any data onto VRM that can show a delayed change over.
