Not able to: "Please rate your experience"

Hi, today I received 6 (!!!) messages with a reminder: "Please rate your experience", regarding a support request 7 days ago. All these 6 messages are related to the same request.

When I try to rate, my browser opens a window and asks for credentials. My usual "Victron credentials" are not working.

So how should I rate my experience?

You are right, this describes the exact same strange behavior.
