Warning: Failed swapping Color Control GX. Is it already transferred?

My Venus failed & I replaced it with a Cerbo.

I attempted to transfer my VRM data to the new device as described on the website but it didn't work.

On trying again I get the following error

Warning: Failed swapping Color Control GX. Is it already transferred?

My old VRM portal ID is now showing 48exxxxxxxxx - USEDASREPLACEMENT but the Cerbo is still logging to it's new installation and the old VRM installation does not show any updates.

Is there a way to fix this? I see other people have asked the same question but haven't had any answers.

I had the error message, but when I checked the install had been transferred with all its data. (Swapping from a CCGX to the Cerbo July 2023)

The the origional site had the new GX listed under device list.

And the historical data was there. Checked the widget set up as before.
