Centaur charger switches to float prematurely

Customer has a Centaur 12/100 charging Battleborn Lithium house bank.

Output drops 70A within 5 minutes even while voltage measured at the charger output studs is 13.4VDC.

30-45 minutes after beginning charging (applying AC power) the charger output will drop to zero. This is intermittent, but happens frequently and was confirmed by the technician.

This zero output happened after 40 minutes of charging, with a max voltage of 13.8VDC.

AC input voltage was 123VAC at 60Hz.

The charger continued to hum.

The dip switches are set to AGM. The voltage never exceeded 13.9V (measured at the charger output studs) before shutting down. Location of charger is well ventilated and quite cool. Cycling the input power to the charger restarts the charger in Bulk.

I'm having the same behavior, but it's actually much faster than 40 minutes, almost instantaneously. With battery bank disconnected (and measuring about 13Volts) the centaur has 14.5V open circuit. When connected to the battery bank it immediately drops to 13.5V closed circuit with essentially no amps flowing. Reseting the centaur just jumps the amps for a second before dropping again to zero.

Could you find the reason? Or just replace it?
