mppt 100/30 not connecting to bluetooth

Hi, my 100/30 mppt was connecting to bluetooth when I inserted the pin. However, for some reason when I type the password it no longer connects. I have not changed the password. I have tried on different phones and have tried fully powering down to no avail. Any help gratefully received. Thank you.

There are no bugs and it seems that the MPPT is working correctly apart from now being unable to connect to bluetooth.

I currently have the MPPT removed and will work through the above once I reconnect it.
