Multiplus fails to switch back to mains power after interruption

Hi all,

I seem to be having an issue with the multiples inverter system I'm using. when the system is under no or very little load (140w) it runs perfectly and switches to inverted power when grid fails and back to Grid when it is restored.

However when I have a load of 900w running through the grid and remove power source, It switches to the battery fine but will only be outputting 600w. Then when grid power returns it won't switch back to the grid until I switch the load off.

is there any reason why this may be? I'm running a multiplus into a VE BUS and then into a CERBO GX but with a battery shunt connected too.

Hi I had a similar issue that turned out to be a battery BMS issue, eventually fixed with a firmware update. What battery make &model are you running?
